Deposit

Deposit: A deposit of $500 of the rental fee is due upon receipt of contract. The balance is due 2 weeks prior to the event.

Payment: Payments may be made via cash delivery, certified check, or credit card.

Security Deposit: A $250 refundable security deposit will be due 2 weeks prior to the event. The $250 refundable security deposit will be returnable to the Lessee 2 weeks after the event has been held and once the property has been inspected. The Lessee will be liable for any damages to property or premises caused by lessee, guests, or companies hired by lessee. Lessee and caterers must leave the property in a clean and tidy condition. If they do not comply, all or a portion of the security deposit may be withheld.

Date Changes/Cancellations: The deposit is refundable for the first 7 days of the contract. After that, fifty percent of the deposit will be refunded if the reservation date is re-booked. Any cancellations received within 90 days of the event will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit.
